First I want to show you the simplicity of how these work and are set up in your car. The pictures below give you the general idea of how these are connected in your car wiring and delivery system.
Wiring Diagram
You supply the fuse holder and fuse with a black and red # 14 wires.
The black wire goes to your cars ground (-) and the supply (+) wire
goes to a hot wire after the ignition key switch.
Vacuum Diagram
A 1/4" vacuum line is attached to the generator and connected to the intake
system of your car. Here I am showing a dual input system but a single vacuum
line works fine also. The vacuum line is how the HHO gas is drawn into the
engines combustion cylinders to work with the gas.
For now this shows the ease at which these generators are connected.
Adding The Water
Here is where it gets simple. With my design you only need to add water and baking soda to make it work. Use only Distilled Water as the water will always be the same. No crazy minerals that you might get with tap water. That way your mixture will always work the same way.
Fill the jar to about 1 " from the top. Use the fill hole in the middle of the lid. That way you don't have to remove the jar or lid when you need to top off the water. Add 2 teaspoons of Baking Soda. Make sure the lid is on tight.
You are now ready to make HHO gas for your engine to use.
When you turn on your engine, 12 volts will be applied to the generator and it will start the water to bubbling. Hydrogen gas will be coming off the top of the water and sucked into your engine thru the vacuum line.
The HHO gas will mix with your gasoline and increase the octane rating.
No more pre ignition and valve noises. Your engine will run cooler and cleaner as the HHO gas will remove carbon that has built up inside your engine. Your exhaust will be cleaner as hydrogen exhaust is nothing more then Oxygen.
Make sure you use Distilled Water Only !!
